I think myself and others may have misinterpreted the RF. CNE stated STOIP of 2.7 bill barrels with 474 mill 2c = RF 17%. But on the video CN said (my interpretation) that the 2c did not include the upper sands being appraised (SNE 5&6).
The STOIP (IMO) is total for all SNE whereas the current 2c is the blocky sands. Therefore it is wrong to conclude the implied RF is 17%.
In fact the upper and lower sands will most likely end up with different RF.
