IMO I think this is more likely than not provided it is drill ready and permitted obviously (and I cant see the Gambia not rubber stamping it if FAR go to them and say 'hey we want to drill an extra hole') …. just cant see them not using the extra drill slot at (probably) never to be repeated prices. I note people have said they wont have enough time to get the extra drill pipe extra on location, Belloni! to that, they have always had the extra 2 optional slots so can't see them not having ordered enough for 3 holes..... my 2 bobs worth.
