CN is telling us they now have sufficient data to call "C". She is talking in future tense "will provide very important information"....."before a decision"....."can be made", wheras we know it should be in the past tense, as we all know, flow test is all but completed and if there is any bad outcome, she would not be doing this Q and A.
Also "appraisal program has been designed to get us to this point" ie the "C" point. Appraisal program consists of SNE2 and SNE3 not BELL. SNE4 is a bonus, so it really is completed.
I think as someone suggested, she is fed up with the THP and she knows that a continuous flow of news would have a good outcome for the SP.
My guess, announcement tomorrow then? Watching 9.00am to 10.00am
