Hot ............... I agree with what you are saying, an entity is definitely capping the SP and I firmly believe that a large portion of the 48m shorts are being used for this purpose as the SP is not reacting as if shorters were in action, this to me indicates that the entity is not friendly to FAR and management would be very aware of this. Management are definitely going to need to do another CR (and sooner rather than later IMO) thus the capping is effecting the mum and dad SH's as dilution is now becoming a concern (also for me as am now retired so do not have the ready cash to increase my holding) hence CN now is trying to get the SP to increase by the release of the Q&A (and no doubt by any other means at her disposal) which is loaded with hidden messages (we know that management keep an eye on HC so they would be very aware how HC will dissect any ann) in an attempt to give us an indication of what is happening behind closed doors in the JV meetings and hopefully boost the SP!!!!!

The only defence IMO to the capping would be for management to arrange for a friendly 'white knight' to take a corner stone holding (<20%) in FAR that would hold at bay any unfriendly low ball offer as at these prices I now (unfortunately) have formed the opinion that a lot of small holders would grab a 20cent offer if such an offer were to be made, would not speculate what percentage of SH's would accept however don't believe that, taking into acnt the top twenty SH's plus some other rather large holders, it would get off the ground!!!
