Yes H...but the take home for me is that we, as FAR holders, have been advised by Cath of what the definitive requirements are and at what stage we can tick the boxes...regardless of whether they wait till 2019 to make the DOC...
She has basically told us box no.1 can be ticked off thanks to FAR commissioned Risc.
I think the answers for no.2 and no. 3 can be expected to be forthcoming now from FAR ...way before anything conclusive from the JV...that is my interpretation of the Q and A.
For the good of FAR its shareholders, its potential shareholders and any sharks out there...
