We are now past the original Entitlement issue date and fast approaching the extended one with no word on Convertible Note situation. Entitlement issue is almost done and dusted, whatever the result. It is now all about the CN. If (and only if) it falls through then the unannounced follow up plans must be explained and acted upon pronto or the SP will get hammered and all Entitlement takers will be well underwater from the get-go.
This company has promoted the Diasource acquisition as an almost necessary originating step on the path forward. If it fails credibility will be in tatters and likely to remain so for some time. As near to a biotech binary situation that ADO can get. Fingers crossed.
