the whole small cap market is doing pretty poorly right now.
I've seen many decent small cap companies put out news that a few years ago would see them skyrocket and even go up by multiples only to remain flat or fall further currently.
Good news and advancement isn't getting rewarded much at the moment. I also feel like there isn't much liquidity at this end of the market right now. Lot of retail and mum and dad investors have been hard hit the last couple years.
