I rang Ben, he rang me back within the hour. Very helpful but could not solve my problem. He logged into Computershare and could see that I last held shares in May. That was the last time I had them in my Commsec account. I have been buying and selling in IG since then but it is not showing in my Computershare account. He suggested that IG may hols them in some nominee account or something, but atm, it shows zero balance, IG told me on the phone zero balance, but my holding page shows as 11k holding and I can sell at any time. He also said that the SPP documents are officially being released at 3pm EST.
The last time this happened was with a rights Issue with PBH. IG sent me an email if asking if I wanted to take part just reply to that effect and they said that as long as the funds were available they would buy on my behalf which they did. Hopefully I will get a similar email later today.
