    All the focus seems to be on the potential upside from Strelley. Fair enough, I confess I don't understand how it was available, and certainly not why it was available so cheaply.

    BUT the CNB story was predicated on the potential of Tick Hill based on what had happened to Bellevue. So really you should be working out what the share price should be when the Tick Hill ship comes in and THEN add $14...
