For me, those are not material risks, the potential upside more than outweigh any of those risks you listed. Drilling is being fast tracked, we have the funds and expertise to do so so no reason why this won't happen. Approvals in the mining world are relatively easy to get, I don't see it being an issue. Forecasts are forecasts yes, but I don't believe there will be big variances, or at least any variance of significance.
