Really when you think about this SPP its purely a token from Mgmt ..as just think only 33.3x (of prob 700+) S/H would be filled if they applied for $30k..
Should have been underwritten by insto's/brokers etc (Non-S/Hs) ...
So 4mill SPP to all S/H of CNB (as we are the owners of the company!!)
then what we S/H's don't want can be passed onto Non-holders..
