Having a quick look at the "course of sales" this morning it's evident to me that an insto is in the market today softly accumulating.
I see 5 separate buys each for 3,076 shares and each for $999.70 - seems they have set the remote control to work.... let's see what occurs after the SPP has been completed and we announce drilling is underway.....
