I find it hard to believe that shareholders would sell their shares at such a low price.
Management should do everything within their power to avoid selling PH and reject any offer of shares under $3.5 at least in the current environment.
The future of the metals is not as dire as people think. In fact I would not be at all surprised if they can keep all the assets they have, that metals will within three years past their highs.
In that instance the share price could reach over $7 at least.
If the company was taken over or PH lost it would be an absolute disaster and shame on management.
