cnbc - commercial property a buy

Interesting article on CNBC regarding Commercial Property currently being a screaming buy. I really am looking forward to the significant write ups in the coming months. As i have forementioned the write ups will be as aggressive on the way up as they were on the way down. Imagine the implications for the share price... Also important to note that REITS such GMG and GPT to name a couple are trading at or above NTA - its only a matter of time before CER trades at similar valuation levels.
