I think ive bastardised my calcs and ended up with a version that, for now, has given good trade opportunities off the 1 min chart.

Now that i think i might be winging it, might loose the mojo..? lol

fwiw - ftse found support off previous 5 day highs @ 4300 (low 4303) and has now consolidated @ current 5 day upper level @ 4333 - which was a long signal.
