    lol, 38 billion is nothing, the big car makers were living of 30 billion each a 1/4

    If thats all they need, then the situation aint that bad IMO. Sure it might cause a few hic ups, but it wont stop the relentless effort to make it all good, e.g. they find employment figures of 670K loss as positive!
