Just watching CNBC and this guy has successfully sued Merrill Lynch for the losses he incurred from buying a stock that they recommended This is in USA.
Wont it be nice to be able to buy any stock a broker recommends and know that if it loses, we will be able to sue and get our money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
