b4b ..................... unfortunately its noise that the market does not like, look at the transcripts of analysts briefings and Simon Thompson always gets grilled re the Indian Tax issue after all it is a ~$US1B issue which just isn't going away any time soon .................. there is no doubt that it is a drag on the share price!!!!
