Are you suggesting that:
1. The PE process having restarted, FAR decides "Hey, it can all just go ahead as before, we don't feel like pre-empting after all".
or
2. FAR does pre-empt and keeps it all, gaining a huge debt.
or
3. FAR Pre-empts, then passes it on to a backer, saying "here you go, just pay us the costs, we don't want anything extra because we really like you".
What other scenarios would see FAR not getting any money from a PE reset?
