We should have learnt.
FAR has been playing the entire game very close to their chests, always in the past, as shown in the announcements on the AMI with CNOOC, The Gambia and the latest which of course no one expected Petronas. So expect the silence on the PE and what to do with the win to be in the same boat, and that's how I am looking at it, and RISC as well.
