It seems to me the vice is tightening on Mr Coleman’s agates.
He is already risking his 35% of SNE on the roll of an arbitrator’s dice. Now it seems that still-doubtful 35% might not confer operatorship. Suddenly a much bigger shark is in the water.
Now - quelle horreur - he discovers that this thorn in his side is sitting on a billion barrels of oil right next door.
What to do?
