CNE only own 10% of Cairn India which they would have sold by now for the share buy back scheme but the Indian Govern has banned them from selling it until they have finished their tax investigation .................. if the investigation goes against Cairn ................ and IMO there's an extremely good chance it will .............. the share holding will be forfeited to the Indian Govern. so reasoning that the CNE SP is rising because of Cairn India is IMO doubtful.
