Also, my hesitancy about CNE marriage is based on their "not so flash" record - many tales about cost overruns. While they can absorb cost overruns, it places the junior partner (like FAR) in a very dangerous and precarious position). Do some back tracking on their drilling record - cost overruns and P&As.

Again, here we sit with a massive cost overrun, caused mainly due to 1&1/2 month unscheduled maintenance delay which CNE may have been avoided if they were sufficiently diligent from the outset. It wont hurt CNE but, had it not been for FAR's cash balance and other prospects, they could very easily have been in the same boat as NEN. BUT I did say, perhaps CNE did a stirling job this time around during the latter part of the drilling which would make me change my perception.
