    Asset sale: No, CV, no work done on that, FAR have previously suggested they don't want to go down that path, would there be taxation issues that make that less attractive, plus complex issue would depend on the price which would also affect the shares. Continued dilution is simpler and no big deal I think, once you get to accept it, the tables already assume that will be the case and so does the market - long been a reason for dampening the price versus the prior expectations of any who do not take that into account in their projections.

    Don't think FAR could ever get debt for appraisal, let alone exploration - usually only available at the development stage? Personally wouldn't want that potential noose around our neck, though OK I suppose, if it were possible now and the oil price went back up it would create a more leveraged situation and more speculative appeal - as per reverse of all the trouble caused by taking out debt when the oil price was high.
