Nah the mine can operate more of the year but the sea isn’t open all year round.
i don’t think it’d have to be a huge asset so much as a highly intrinsically profitable one. Numbers can add up to mine something “small” and fairly shallow over a couple of years.
Not that uncommon for gold.
