It all depends on the price, if HRZ get a good deal, like they did with the previous 2 acquisitions, then why not?! I am talking about a very good deal, as in a steal. We have the cashflow and means to undertake another smaller scale acquisition and management even spoke about that themselves - "further M&A opportunities" in the Group Resource Statement release. It looks like CNJ are desperate and need to pay off some invoices going by discussions in their HC threads.
The best companies buy at the market lows when the value is there and wait for the market to turn around to either produce them at a premium commodity price or offload it during better conditions and make a pretty profit. I am not against picking up another company when the opportunity is present, but it has to be at an outstanding price and avoid further dilution to existing shareholders, either via production cashflow or other means.
