The company has no cash, yet it knocks back repeated offers of $10 million plus to allow it to continue drilling its highly prospective Chaketema phosphate deposit (forgive the spelling if its incorrect).
Such behaviour in the current market where money is too tight to mentions is incredble.
Meantime, its small shareholders are left dying on the vine with no chance to either buy or sell.
