Where`s sugarbowl? I am only speculating, but I think the market was waiting for a placement @ .16 then an announcement of there water system which was told to be coming since last year.This would have given value to the placement.I think that we will be hearing of a lower issue price. No news as to the water system,or some sort of revenue, will have a negative effect very quickly.
