Read a book called Beyond Oil (The View from Hubberts Peak) by Kenneth S Deffeyes.
I dont think anybody under the age of 30 (like myself) would seriously consider taking a long term view on anything oil right now. We are looking for Gas, Hydrogen plays and alternate energy sector plays.
What looks like Star Wars now will become very savvy soon.
CTX was the last oil play on our exchange that would of made you rich. Dividends are going to pour out of that soon, but at $14 would you buy it? No!
