Harsam, Markjamo, in conversation with Alan Shortall a while ago he made the comment that US investors love medical device manufacturers. Given the current lack of enthuisiasm/understanding on the ASX for what Unilife is putting together, we may well see the move to NASDAQ become more of a priority than it has been. Would not be at all surprised either to see the idea of a dual listing canned and Unilife become a pure NASDAQ play. US investors are generally more willing to price in potential as is evidenced by the high PEs of many stocks on th NASDAQ still in the relatively early stages of their development. US investors/institutions also prefer ownership and control to reside in the US.
TDA, in answer to your earlier questions, the answer is yes, and M. Shortall had significant input re structuring of the Medpro deal.
