How about they do something really radical - like when schools or fellow students complain (in this case multiple complaints and warnings over a long period) about some kid that has huge problems and is flagged by all and sundry as a violence risk - is also public about his desire to be a school shooter ---

that legislation makes it 'automatic' - that his legal ownership of firearms is taken away -- - and, the firearms confiscated
