Seems hardly anyone has seen CNN's announcement today possibly with the other runners lately tanking and exiting.
Bit of chatter and info sharing.
Thought I would start a new thread to display whats actually happened and highlight the news.
CNN - Cardia has KFC South Australia as a client, supply their bio-plastic or bags made from corn starch.

Plastic Bag Ban: KFC goes compostable with Cardia Bioplastics bags
February, 2010: Adelaides fast food lovers will now be doing their bit for the environment, with South
Australias 35 Kentucky Fried Chicken stores banning plastic bags in favour of a biodegradable alternative.
The Australian designed compostable bags, manufactured by Melbourne based company CARDIA
BIOPLASTICS LTD, will still look the same, but are crafted from cornstarch instead of oil, and are readily
compostable."
South Australia has banned plastic bags. This is CNN's first client and I reckon there will a heap more with many states planning outlawing plastic bags....a good move imo.
We haven't seen any big buying but imo they are lurking.
Keep an eye on CNN as imo its about to become a new market darling and going a lot higher than the 3.9c it hit today...its currently 2.5c.
