The placement theory sounds spot on to me, Uranex had enough cash to proceed with the projects currently in play, but hey. if someone offers you $12m, you take it.
This sets the company very flush with almost $20m cash to play with.
Uranex is white hot, I can see the coming trading days as the last opportunity to buy under $2.
