Some big Instit did its job by holding its EXE shares till this special moment. Now their mission is completed (they actually got them at around 5 cents ~1.5 years ago DYOR) and it's time for them to off load them to CNOOC...where do you think the 81 million shares destined to CNOOC are coming from?
That's why the selling will be relentless till this transfer is completed - JIMO
