    cp82 query on drilling, see AGM presentation, 2010 program delayed due to weather and now CNOOC deal is done, they announced "accelerated" program for 2011, so rigs must be lined up waiting for water to clear. Over 50 drill targets identified and the CNOOC technical team must have great confidence in that.
