    The CNOOC placement Notice of Meeting states it is priced at 0.315 cents per share. Does this really mean thirty one and a half cents per share or just under a third of a cent per share? Common sense and the announcement would dictate the former but the NoM is the NoM.
    You think their lawyers would have been more diligent!!
