Just called in to try and make some sense of this news. I'm sure there will be press soon but they might be waiting for some hotcopperite who knows to decipher that announcement (as I am).

I read it as: 'the banks will extend, but they will have the option to own 90% of the company'

PS - those saying this will be $2 and 75c tomorrow, you need a bex. Dumb ramps will not help anyone understand how this may play out.
