Yes I agree with your dividend comment, however I am looking forward to the time when Centro will be in a position to talk about dividends.
Maybe Uncle Glenn should have held a media briefing at the time of releasing the announcement as to ensure that the correct message got into the media and the market to maybe sell the sizzle & not the steak.
Others more knowledgeable than me will probably have a better understanding!
