Was run reading but the reputational damange of CNP (being the potential closure of the Funds Managment arm ) and loss of managment rights on properties via forsed sales is a big reason why cnp is worth less in market cap than cer
That said I hold both and believe that there will some magic here over time
Just cant buty anymore
If I sold my current holding at market peak it would be worth about $600K so yet will only get about 35K at the moment so I supose everything is relaitive.
However agreed that you wonder why someone like westfield just doesnt go on market and chop like packman
