I don't know anything on a takeover, however imo its a no-brainer, at current s/p $2.5bln worth of net assets available for close to $300M. Poring, pouring or pawing, the potential buyers will salivating at the money to be made on this. 80c plus will be required to be successfull, however i think any bid at 80c will be rebufed by management and superceded by a superior bid anyway. My pick is $1.08 per share wins the day.
