jdvictoria - not sure where you are getting your numbers from. Consolidated Balance Sheet for Centro Properties Group at 31/12/08 shows:
Total assets of $8 billion
Total liabilities of $5.59 billion
Net asset position of $2.4 billon
Where did $27 billion come from?
