    $28b was the total value of Centro at some point last year - not my valuation.

    You say assets wouldhave to be sold at cost or below - is that less than a 50% discount I used?

    Where's the PE if you value Centro at its one year profits only?

    Finally, if the coy is only worth $1.50, then shares at 36c are a bargain - right?

    Sorry, but you don't get borrowings of $18b on assets of only $8b - no bank would do that! I suggest your Total assets/"research" is deficit. In any case, the net asset positionm, according to your post, at $2.4B is still a sp in excess of $2 - again this makes Centro at 36c a bargain...

    IMO, of course...
