Centro published last month a negative Net Tangible Assets value per security of -$2.23. Imagine how the prospectus for a capital raising would look? Want to buy a (diluted) share of ... nothing?

And remember, the AFR published an artice on the 27th of last month that Centro had been approached with offers.
