Because Kevin you seem to be taking some largish risks with what appears to be no real plan for an exit strategy if it all turns to ****.
You don't appear to have a basic understanding of the market and terminology other then it goes UP and DOWN!!!

Mate, I hope you make a squillion but eventually you will get caught out...Asking people on here where the sp is going is not going to help you other then comfort factor as you will ignore what you don't want to hear and take solace in what you do..

Seems to me you are risking a lot with very little knowledge and experience......You may well be able to, I don't know.....You could be a multis son with a large cash account..
