cnp dilution answer

Hey guys, just some feedback i got via a phone conversation to management at centro.As i don't like to send emails via investor services as its best to go direct and contact management if possible.I believe investor services to a great job though, i.e. (general queries) but they will just end up asking management the questions anyway.So those who want direct answers probably best to bypass investor services.

Anyhow i asked management to clarify the dilution process in cnp as most investors were confused with this process. Below is the response i got...

>Hi xxxxxxxx -

There is immediate dilution of 14.9% when the deal is consummated in January. The further dilution, to a maximum, of 90.1%, would occur upon conversion of the hybrid.
