That's precisely my point. In 7 years time we will not be a=in a liquidity trap. We will either still be well in our next bull market or coming out of our next bear market.

That is why the banks need to make sure that they lock in now (or soon) and we get screwed as soon as possible because if this conversion is contingent on a vote in 7 years it will never happen.
