arminius, yes anything can happen from now till 7years as centro can raise new funds by issue of shares when the sp is at acceptable levels or the other possibility is selling assets at reasonable prices when market conditions start to improve.
All this can possibly prevent any furthur dilution to cnp existing shareholders.It's up to centro now to come up with a plan and a hard plan that can prevent any furthur dilution and if they are successful within the next few years with any of the above examples i mentioned then shareholders are probably in a better position then what they are currently.
But keep in mind if shareholders don't approve of this plan then the cnp will go into administration.So if you agree with dec 17 stabilisation plan and a possible future for cnp then it's in your best interest to support cnp.
If u don't understand the announcement made on december 17 then instead of getting speculation answers from the hc forum and jumping to conclusions it's probably best to ring up centro and speak to management yourself and ask them the tough questions that needs answers to...
