The further dilution, to a maximum, of 90.1%, would occur upon conversion of the hybrid.

I've tried to contact management via phone with regards to other queries and just briefly touched on cnp and the hybrid issue.As this agreement in principle provides some sort of hope to cnp holders.

Probably best to wait for an announcement soon and if unsure then best to ask management to explain in more detail.

and good to have u on board with cer holders.You are just another one of the valuable contributers to hc..
