So far on todays result I am wrong, but then i,m often wrong. I,m still happy wit my program though. Regardless of market cap, which I do take into consideration, I still give CER better value long term than CNP on an SP basis until I can see that CNP can reduce the potential for dilution due to the arrangement with the banks. The way I see it is that CNP is more a property manager than a property owner whereas CER is a property owner.
For CNP to have value then CER must have value for that value to be reflected in the CNP shareholding in CER.
