Perhaps Pelorus could outline which bank they have approached & at what rate?(LOL). If Centro MCS is removed as the RE the bank currently offering the funds is only proceeding with Centro MCS so the proposal lapses, unless a new RE has alternative funding. If I was a unitholder doubt I would risk not having funds available to do development. Just remember the big banks aren't about to see CNP striped of its management fees while they are owed big bucks, so plenty of bank support to keep syndicates in CNP hands.
